Our hard-working development team has just released two enhancements to your SuccessWebsite Command Center. Read on to learn more.
Expanded Time Zones
We expanded the list of available Time Zones so you can more accurately display your timed Tasks and Action Plans according to the Standard and Daylight Savings clocks of your local area.
To review and adjust your time zone, click Settings ⯈ General in the Command Center top menu. Select your Time Zone and then click the Save button in the top right of the page.
New My Tasks Interface
Use My Tasks to view and manage all tasks assigned to you. These could be manually-added reminders you (or an admin) created, or automatically assigned from an Action Plan. To get there, click (Engage CRM or MyLeads) ⯈ My Tasks in the Command Center top menu.
We’ve overhauled the interface so you can more easily find important tasks. Among many other filters, you can view just your overdue tasks, by time period, and/or tasks assigned from specific Action Plans. Admin users can also filter tasks by an individual user, so you can quickly see who’s doing what.
